Skype offers free text, voice, and video conferencing and allows us to communicate most effectively with travelers via the internet. With Skype we are able to hold pre trip briefings and Q&A sessions with up to 10 people at once. This means that important information regarding your trip will reach you directly rather than passing through other group members. You will also have the opportunity to see the faces of our staff that will be greeting you upon arrival.

All you need to start is the Skype software which you can download for free here (spyware free) if you don't already have it. Its a quick, painless, download that will improve your internet communication capability tremendously. We highly recommend this option for travelers who want the ability to exchange information and communicate with E4 in an efficient and personal manner.

Text Chat: Skype text chat works like any other instant messenger service similar to AIM, MSN, Yahoo Messenger etc. With text chat E4 Representatives can answer questions, exchange files (waivers, payment info, etc) and direct you points of interest on our website requiring a simple point and click to find what you're looking for. This option does not require a microphone, only the Skype program.

Voice Chat: Skype voice chat allows you to call and speak with an E4 Representative at the click of a button.
