At E4 Travel we attempt to gather as much relevant information as possible regarding your travel interests. We make every effort to get to know you and the members of your group in preparation for your arrival in Costa Rica. E4 Travel takes advantage of advancement in internet technology and communication to offer text, voice, and video chat/conferencing to better initiate and maintain communication with our clients. Your input is valuable as our goal is to design an itinerary that addresses all your needs as a traveler.
Once you arrive in Costa Rica you will be greeted by an E4 Travel Representative who will accompany you to your hotel and review your personal itinerary with you for the duration of your stay. If you have opted for an E4 Travel Guide, this representative will remain with you and your group throughout the remainder of your travels here. If you are traveling alone, our representative will check to make sure everything is in place and ready for you to enjoy, as well as answer any last minute questions you have before parting ways in your San Jose hotel.
E4 Travel Guides serve to supplement your travel experience with information, experience, perspective, and communication. As you travel from destination to destination in Costa Rica your guide will provide information about the area, its past, present, and plan for the future. Your guide will explain the relevance of various destinations for E4 and our perspective of responsible tourism. Finally your guide will serve as a translator providing opportunities for travelers to effectively communicate with residents of Costa Rica. We feel that meaningful conversational interaction is important to developing positive relationships between residents and visitors.
E4 Travel essentially allows you to choose any destination, activity, type of tourism, hotel, or restaurant that you want to include in your personal travel experience. We are proud to be one of the only tourism companies that takes the time to plan and prepare every detail of your trip right down to your dinner reservations. We are flexible as well providing options for tourists of all ages and activity levels.
