At E4 we work towards bridging the gap between our office here in Costa Rica and your home. Skype offers free text, voice, and video conferencing and allows us to communicate most effectively with travelers via the internet. With Skype we are able to hold pre trip briefings and Q&A sessions with up to 10 people at once. This means that important information regarding your trip will reach you directly rather than passing through other group members. You will also have the opportunity to see the faces of our staff that will be greeting you upon arrival. No need for embarrassing oversized signs at the airport when you already know who you're looking for!
