E4 Real Estate provides free property locating services, specializing in luxury condominiums on the booming Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.
With a myriad of choices from beachfront to mountain or river-side, turn-keys, financing, and more, the search for your dream property in Costa Rica can be a daunting one.
Our representatives will treat your search with personal care and attention, taking the time to listen to your needs as a buyer or investor before matching those needs with potential properties that work for you.
Our office is conveniently located in Jaco, with some of the most extensive development in Costa Rica taking place in our backyard. This is a time of great excitement but also time to approach the subject of real estate with responsibility. We make use of multimedia (photos, audio, and video) as well as our blog to update interested buyers and investors on the day to day status of our listings. Imagine asking an E4 Real Estate Representative about the construction status of your new beachfront condo to be completed in November only to have him or her step outside, snap some photos, and send them to your email account within a few hours...
We appreciate and understand the value of international travel. E4 saves you time and money on your next trip to Costa Rica with the intention to browse, purchase, or invest in property! We even offer our own version of the 'fly & buy' program.
Avoid lengthy visits to multiple condo sales and brokers' offices with inflated sales pitches for their own product. With our information and personal attention we can narrow down your prospective properties so that your time and money here in Costa Rica is not wasted.
Our goal is to educate potential buyers and investors on the true climate of the current market with respect to real estate trends, locations of interest and development in the present and future, as well as principles and definitions that may be 'lost in translation'. We want you to have information and confidence in your purchasing/investment plans before you arrive in Costa Rica.
We do not advertise ourselves as brokers and prefer to be recognized as property locators. Our advice, information, and services are free of charge. Any commissions associated with property sales come at no extra cost to you. Our earnings come from referral commissions, the commission that would be divided among the employees of the respective condo sales office or brokers office that you are purchasing from. You will never be required to sign any legally binding contracts for use of our services. Your decision to mention us as a referral or walk into a condo sales office with an E4 Representative at your side is your choice alone. We trust this decision would be based on our time, effort, integrity and the overall quality of our work, information, and advice provided during your search for the property.
You might be asking yourself at this point, "What difference does it make if I purchase using E4 property locator services?" or quite simply, "What's the catch?" Well, quite frankly there is none. E4 works in real estate as a means to direct finances and resources to individuals and institutions that need help and assistance in an effort to keep up with the rapid growth and development taking place in the area. To help balance the large influx of money into the local economy, E4 Real Estate pledges to donate 15% of our referral commissions earned, to grassroots programs and projects that benefit youth and education in areas where your purchase is made.
We also believe that education for buyers and sellers is extremely important to the healthy growth and development of real estate here in Costa Rica. We view each purchase or investment as an individual piece to the puzzle of responsible development, naturally each piece equally important to completing the overall goal.
