Objectives & Goals
The primary objective of E4 Initiatives is to develop, implement, and maintain a responsible model of ecotourism in Costa Rica. This model should provide resources for the foundations of tourism: education, ecology, and economics. Individuals living in or near tourism based economies should have opportunities to access and benefit from programs projects focused on these three areas. E4 Initiatives accepts responsibility for initiating and supporting such programs and projects.
With regard to ecotourism in Costa Rica we are committed to providing unique and personal travel experiences for visitors. Travelers should have choices when planning trips and vacations abroad. Our goal is provide you with choices that add personal flavor and style to your trip as well as responsibility. We want to increase awareness for the impact that individuals have on their travel destinations and responsible travel, ensuring that this individual impact is always positive.
E4 Initiatives also offers services in real estate, advertising, and web design. These branches of E4 Initiatives are designed to provide affordable, quality services for local businesses and individuals here in Costa Rica. Our goal is to set the standard for prices and quality for web design and internet advertising services, in an industry that is still new to Costa Rica and vulnerable to uncontrollable and irresponsible cost increases. E4 design and advertising ensure that local businesses always have an affordable option for offering their products and services to the world, despite changes to the market.
E4 Real Estate is focused on raising awareness for the availability of, and potential success in eco investments, either for responsible tourism ventures or conservation purposes. We are also committed to integrity, bringing together responsible buyers and sellers in an effort to reach an agreement that is mutually beneficial for everyone involved. With real estate earnings and commissions E4 Initiatives is able to make significant donations to supported programs and projects throughout Costa Rica.
Overall, E4 Initiatives is committed to channeling financial resources to people and places that are in need, or are in danger of suffering the negative effects of tourism in Costa Rica. We are in the business of giving back to the people of Costa Rica while providing unique experiences and opportunity for today's responsible traveler, business person, and investor.
